Never use them. When you start, you won’t be able to stop. If you want to look younger than you are, drink lots of water and stay physically active.

One anti-aging product you should start using now is sunscreen! Use at least an SPF 30, and you won’t wrinkle as much or as early, plus you’ll be preventing skin cancer.

Most anti-aging products which are applied to the skin do nothing but moisturize, as any good moisturizer will do. Use a sunscreen with SPF 30 at least every single day. That’s your best anti-aging product.

I would say you are never too young to start caring for your skin. Depending on your age, there are different needs. In your twenties care is basic.. cleanse, and moisturization maybe and use sun screen. In your thirties, you may want to incorporate a little more, Then comes the dreaded 40′s. Hopefully, by then you have taken such good care of your skin., you wont need much anti aging!

Create a video blog…instantly.
I’ve been using these products since at least my early 20s. It’s best to use them before you see aging, as a preventative measure. I’m 29 and people think I’m 19.
