Both are bad as they cause premature ageing. Whn your body is tan it measn damage has already been done to the skin, but I think burning is worse. Dont spend too much time sunbathing and wear a high SPF, dont go in the sun at noon (from 11 to 3) if possible, and drink plenty of fluids. This should all help

Burning is worse, but tanning is also really bad for your skin. It causes premature wrinkles and possibly skin cancer. And we don’twant either of those, now do we?? ;)

burning, bc when it fades to a tan it accelorates the aging process more than if you were to just tan. use lots of sunscreen!

    My dear….

A N Y type of sun-exposure will age your skin!!! Never go to such extremes as to stay in the sun …”for hours”.. NEVER!!!!
Besides … didn’t you know, that you can get a tan in the shade as well????? Do yourself a B I G favor & stay out of the sun as much as possible!
And – if you are exposed to the sun, then use some HIGH-Factor Sunprotection-Lotion (at least # 20) !!!
Tooooo many people catch skin-cancer!!! So heed my plea!
    Stay away from sun-exposure!!!

Hey im representing teenage cancer trust and its my job to make sure you don’t get burnt like Denise Van Outen in the papers the other day!! Not only is it embarrassing it can also make you develop skin cancer, which is not a good thing

I used to think that if I don’t wear sun cream then I wouldn’t tan but that is not the case. Sign up now to a free texting service, which will tell you when you need to be, wearing sun cream visit or text shun to 8023. Why risk getting burnt when you can avoid it by simply a text!!!
