Do some exercise. Eat a regular fat (not low fat) diet because the mitonchondria in your cells needs fat to burn off calories. A low fat diet will give you a sub-optimal metabolism.

Well, the slowing of the metabolism means you have to be MORE active than you were as a kid.
And you have to eat(kid portions,not adult) And watch what you eat, thinking about what it is….you have to eat healthy…while being active. Stop with the sitting, just because you made it to management, you should not slow down. Get out there and hump….and raise a sweat.

Daily walks, and if possible additional excercise. Reduce fat and meat in your diet. No eggs. Switch to vegetarian diet. Eat 3/4 of portions in your plate instead of all. Spend two to three times the time chewing each bite then you use to.
