Go to a cheat site there is somthing called booldrop
i think its “booldroptestingcheatsenabledtrue” or some thing go to a site

open the cheat box and then type
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true (with spaces) and then hold shift and click your sim and then it should say as one of the web actions to make it their birthday and keep doing that until you get your sims the age you want them to be
