It depends on the sort of fully grown adult female.
I mean, a 15 year old pit again a 45 year old woman who has diabetes and is 100 pounds overweight doesn’t stand a chance.

That depends on the teenager and the adult. Some adult females are very strong, some are weak, some teens are strong, some are weak.

Possibly.
If both are equal size and weight, the boy may have more muscle mass and be stronger.

it depends on how tall, how strong, and how much they weigh.
in my school i see lots of 15 year old boys who would never be stronger than an adult female, but their are also many who are way strong than an adult female.

Depends on both of them. Most probably not, but if the woman is small and lightweighted, and the child is big and fat, it could be stronger.

It all depends on the people you are comparing. Some women are built bigger and some boys are built smaller. If the 15 year old boy is an active athlete, then most likely yes. But there are some women who are very, very strong when you don’t even expect it! Like my mother, she could take on five 15 year old boys at the same time. Haha.

It depends on the child but on average I would say yes physically, but they would be uncoordinated and far less intelligent so unless the women was knocked out or he had a weapon she could easily handle a 15 year old boy.

it depends on if they are stronger like for an example to fight the 15 year old might be stronger than you at fighting. it all depends.

It really depends on how ell built and muscular the boy is, a well built and muscular boy is stronger than a small petite woman. don’t forget physically men are stronger than women and a fifteen year boy is only a couple of years away from approaching adult hood physically
