In Sims 3 How do you turn off aging?
Itachi Wuz Here asked:
I go to options, and then game settings, and I can clearly see enable aging and the aging speed but I am unable to move them! How do I stop aging. Why would they put it there and not give it as an option!? I know stopping the aging might affect the whole neighborhood, but I want to at least slow down aging

Go to options, gameplay settings, and then uncheck the box next to aging. You can also do so by turning off story mode.

Did you choose a household? If you didn’t load a household yet, you won’t be able to do it.

i had the same exact problem where the check box was clouded and you couldn’t click it. What you do is you click on your house and start playing then in the bottom left hand corner there is a button with three dots that gives you different choices, one of them is options where the screen that came up before pops up. except this time the aging and life span are not clouded and you can uncheck or change either.
