If your aging is off on the sims 3 will your baby grow?

Your baby will not grow at all like all sims.You can change it just like how you did it the first time

you have to wait for your adult to age and i thing it is like 18 days and if aging is of nobody will age

No your child won’t age. When the baby is born it is included in the family. You don’t want the family to age so the baby won’t age.
