Sorry, but there is no such thing as a “miniature” boxer. She may be small for her, but no more then ten pounds under the standard weight for boxers. She might have a mix in her, like a grandparent that wasn’t a purebred boxer. Boxers, by the way, should be very large by six months of age. They would be fully grown at one year.

She will have grown; you just won’t have noticed.
My boxer had grown to full size before I realised he’d grown an inch.
A gradual change will have gone unnoticed, but she’s not miniature, she may just be a late grower and a generally small dog.

no such thing as a miniature boxer. She’s probably just not from great bloodlines. She may have one more growth spurt before she gets a year old. Other wise she’s either a.) not full blooded b.)Bad Line c.)the runt d.)you’re not feeding her very good food, but she would still be growing if that were the case.

She still has plenty of time to grow. Most breeds aren’t fully mature until 2 years of age.
Be sure you are feeding her a high quality dog food, such as Canidae ALS, and allowing her plenty of exercise.
There are no miniature boxers.

lol- have you been feeding her properly? is she filled out ok?
how large are her parents?
how large are her grandparents? brothers and sisters?
does she eat and eliminate well? has the vet ruled out health problems?
how small is she now?
p.s. larger size dogs aren’t supposed to grow TOO fast- it’s bad for their joints!

Ok well first you did not say how much she weighed I had a boxer he weighed 45 lbs he was not a mini one just the runt of his litter so he did not get big but yes there are such things as minature boxers how much does your boxer weigh have you had her checked because maybe it has a birth defect Miniature Boxer, also known as the MiniBoxer, is the culmination of many years developing this breed. The parents of our pups are 10-25 lbs. Miniature Boxers should look just like a Standard size Boxer (50-85 lbs), except be 25 lbs & under.
pups have naturally erect ears and bobtails*, making docking and cropping unnecessary. MiniBoxers have the natural advantage of greater longevity (life expectancy 12-15 years) of most smaller dogs.

All pups grow at different rates…my pup did not seem to grow between 6-8 months…but amazingly she had been growing all along. But i understand your concern…i don’t have a boxer pup but here are some sites where other people have asked a similar question:
There is no such thing as a mini boxer, but just give her some time…some pups grow slower than others. Remember most pups grow their height and frame their first year and the second year they usually gain their weight.
good luck

No such thing as “miniature” boxers. She will still grow up until around 1 yr old, but she’s beyond her biggest growth spurt. It’s possible that she’s actually not a purebred boxer, or that she’s simply a runt. I know of a purebred boxer female (most likely the runt of the litter) that weighed 39 lbs at 3 yrs old. It’s not normal, but it does happen.
