How to postpone the formation of grey hair?

sagar asked:

I’m 33 years. My hair is turning into grey (white hair).
How can I prevent it or delay it? I am working in a chemical industry. Is it the reason for the grey hair formation? My friends in other job sector are not having this problem. Please give me a solution.

You may be genetically predispoed to early gray hair. You cannot stop it; you can only dye it.

Shave it off, then no one will know.

Well I was surprised to find out that smoking also causes hair to gray, or whiten. If you are a smoker, stop smoking. But I do agree that it is genetic, if your family grays, then you probably will too. Add a little hair dye and away you go. I’m 36 and if I didn’t dye my hair I’d be all gray and white. So I dye it! :)
