Are Freckles like Dark Spots where they are skin damage? ?
** * asked:
Trying to figure out whether to use skin damage cream/revitalizing/antiaging creams. Are freckles an aging thing or is it simply a skin dark spot in which what cream is good to LIGHTEN them???

I tried lemon juice it didn’t work. To high of SPF suntan lotion gives me a rash since my cheeks can get flushed quickly. Any advice please?
And NO freckles are not HOT (I’ve read other posts on here) if you seen my freckles you wouldn’t think so.
And I don’t want it costly so won’t go to do laser cosmetic surgery. I just want to simply lighten them or even my face skin tone out so it doesn’t look like patches everywhere.

Freckles aren’t the same thing and those cosmetics will not work on them. There are much stronger things but if you think sunscreen burns, forget about it, and they’re only available through a dermatologist, like the Obagi line.

Freckles are not damage, they’re in your genes.

Some freckles are genetic, some are actually scarring and some are the result of sun damage. Any darkening of the skin caused by the sun is skin damage.
Most of the products that work are going to cost you. DDF Lightening Gel, PCA Skin Pigment Gel are all over $50. Japanese lighteners are apparently really good.
There are any number of natural “cures” that people claim work, like lemon, but there are no guarantees.

This is very up-to-date information. I think I’ll share it on Facebook.
