Well “doc”
ever considered Diet and Excercise (?) — or, are drugs just simply the “cure all” for you guys ?
I have a 95 year old father (96 in two months) he’s still VERY cognitive and, for his advanced age, still a genuine Fighter—
His “thing” — a life of hard pyshical labor and really good food !!

Well along with a good diet and exercise i would recommend hormone replacement theropy. i would say an IU of GH and 250 mg of testosterone a day will have you feeling younger. with your age you can easily get a prescription for it. just do some blood work to make sure that your test levels are low.

Being a doc, you should know that there isn’t a fountain of youth. You’re going to get older as each day passes (obviously). In the mean time, exercise, exercise, exercise….ya, I know, no one really wants to hear those words, but guess what, it works! You can also have yourself a glass of wine every night before you go to bed, preferably red wine, on top of your exercising. Red wine has this awesome chemical called resveratol that works wonders on slowing down the oxidation of cells.

Antioxidants help to slow down the aging process a bit so a web search for antioxidants + aging may be of interest.
