Anti Aging Cleansing
This is how I cleanse and moisturize my face now, and I am loving how my skin is looking and feeling. Let me know if you have any questions about anything I am showing you. Moutain Rose Herbs is a good place to start looking for essential oils. www.mountainroseherbs.com All measurements are approximate In my cleansing oil I used 2 parts cold pressed olive oil 1 part cold pressed castor oil 1 part jojoba oil 1 to 2 drops ylang ylang essential oil 1 to 2 drops lemon essential oil 1 to 2 drops palmarosa essential oil 1 to 2 drops frankinsense essential oil If you choose to give this type of cleansing a try, do your own research, just because I use something and like it doesn’t mean it will work the same for you.

Hi!
)
Thank you for sharing your oil cleansing recipe.
I wanted to share a tip with you : hot water takes a long time to get to my bathroom too, so I always have huge emptyplastic bottle under the sink, and I fll it in while waiting for the water to get hot.
I use this water I saved either to flush the nearby toilets or to water my plants.

Do you have to use castor oil? Could I just use coconut oil alone? What do you think? Thanx for the video. Btw do you do this twice a day, everyday?

I wish i could tolerate Castor Oil. its great for my skin but the smell makes me wretch. It reminds me of when my mother made me take it when i was constipated as a kid. eughh! im thinking about that taste now!

I use a paste of olive oil and sugar to exfoliate. Sugar is good for your skin also.

I use regular grocery cold pressed extra virgin
. The formula I use is absolutely based on my own skin type and a bit of research into what oils help with what. I’ll put together a list of links for everyone and do an update vid very soon.

I think this is amazing. Do you use regular olive oil from the grocery store, or do you use a specific kind say from rose herb gardens? Also was wondering do you make you up your own formula based on your skin type? thanks for all your help in advance.

Yeah the rosehip carrier oil is high in vitamin c. Good luck w/ experimenting!! Check out cranberrylane(dot)com – I HIGHLY recommend them:)

Ohh I forgot to note that tea tree and lavender are the only 2 essential oils that can be applied directly to the skin. Sorry!! Yes, it’s a good idea to dilute w/ a carrier oil b/c they could potentially irritate:) There are a million possibilities – I love aromatherapy!!

By the way, the products on the Kosmea site is quite expensive, if you are to purchase anything i would try to find other sites that may sell cheaper because i know there are products out there that is definitely cheaper than from Kosmea’s site!

Congrats on your partnership! I am glad to hear that the mate is doing well. I’ve been using oil to moisturize (1/2 jojoba, 1/2 Vitamin E in a premixed sunflower,rice bran, sweet almond, apricot, avocado, wheat germ carrier oil but this vid gives me even more impetus to try customizing my own. I don’t have blemishes but I do have serious dryness issues and I’m tired of paying big bucks for moisturizer, especially when this works as well or better. Thanks!

thank you! Not a lick of surgery or anything else, no needles in my face at all. I stay out of the sun and use the cleanser you just saw, it helps with my pale sensitive skin. I’ll do a rundown for everyone in a video very soon though if you like.
