Im 14 and is it ok for me to use that cream??

Oh no!!! That stuff is too strong for your sensitive skin. You look 14 now but if you use that stuff for a week you will look like youe are 10 years old! At that rate you will never grow up.

Forget NIVEA, to much mineral oils clog the skin. I found that Arbonne International has the best. Got mine from:
