My 7 week old baby has a doctor appointment next week because he has these red moles coming up fast and getting bigger. Two of the moles are on his palm(never heard of moles on palms). Anyway the Doc says he doesn’t understand why he’s getting so many so young or why they are growing. He has ten.

find another doctor if the one you have says he doesnt understand why. dont stop asking questions. never settle for “hes fine” moles are unable to form on the palms of hands. it could possibly be a wart infestation. or something called hemangioma, which are a small collection of blood. either way get an answer. switch doctors until you are satisfied

I would set up an appointment with a pediatric dermatology specialist, or any dermatology specialist. Do not rely on the diagnosis of your baby’s primary care doctor. if he doesnot refer you to a dermatology specialist, i would reccomend getting a new doctor.
